About classification of aluminum radiator for the excavator according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The aluminum radiator, held for use in the excavator for chilling of the liquid circulating between the engine and radiator of the excavator, way of transfer of excessive heat to air according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item of 8431 49 800 9th single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (the example of the image of aluminum radiator for the excavator is given in appendix).

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
