Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law

This Federal Law regulates the single questions connected with carrying out in the Russian Federation the XV International contest of P. I. Tchaikovsky in 2015.

Article 2. The basic concepts used in this Federal Law

For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) tender - the XV International contest of P. I. Tchaikovsky which is carried out in the Russian Federation from June 9 to July 3, 2015;

2) directorate of tender - the organization determined by authorized federal executive body for carrying out tender;

3) the participant of tender - the citizen of the Russian Federation, the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship who are taking part in tender;

4) the judge of tender - the citizen of the Russian Federation, the foreign citizen or the stateless person which signed with directorate of tender the civil contract for performance of works (rendering services) as the judge of tender;

5) the invitation to participation in tender - the document confirming the right of person to participation in tender as the participant of tender or the judge of tender, issued by directorate of tender in the form approved by authorized federal executive body;

6) labor activity - work of the foreign citizen and stateless person in the Russian Federation based on the civil contract for performance of works (rendering services);

7) the period of carrying out tender - period from June 9 to July 3, 2015.

Article 3. Features of entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation participants of tender and judges of tender

From the date of entry into force of this Federal Law prior to the beginning of the period of carrying out tender and during tender participants of tender and judges of tender perform entry into the Russian Federation, stay in the territory of the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation without execution of visas based on the valid identity documents and recognized by the Russian Federation in this quality, and invitations to participation in tender.

Article 4. Features of implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with carrying out tender

From the date of entry into force of this Federal Law before the end of the period of carrying out tender of directorate of tender receipt of permission to attraction and use of foreign workers as judges of tender is not required, and judges of tender have the right to perform labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation without receipt of the work permit or the patent.

Article 5. About modification of the Federal Law "About Procedure for Departure from the Russian Federation and Entry into the Russian Federation"

Article 6. About modification of the Federal Law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation"

Article 8. Entry into force of this Federal Law

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
