I. General provisions

1. This Regulations on procedure and methods of provision of the data containing in the state address register, to public authorities, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities including by means of ensuring access to federal information address system (further - the Provision) determine procedure and methods of provision of the data containing in the state address register, to public authorities, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities including by means of ensuring access to federal information address system.

2. The data containing in the state address register, to public authorities, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities including by means of ensuring access to federal information address system, are provided by territorial authorities of the Federal Tax Service (further - territorial tax authority).

3. The data containing in the state address register are provided in the form of the following documents (except for the data containing in the state address register, provided by way of ensuring access to federal information address system):

statements from the state address register about the address of object of addressing;

the summarized information obtained as a result of processing of the data on addresses containing in the state address register.

4. The data containing in the state address register in the form of the statement from the state address register about the address of object of addressing are provided by the following methods:

in electronic form, the applicant placed by territorial tax authority in personal account on the portal of federal information address system;

in electronic form which goes territorial tax authority to the applicant by e-mail;

in electronic form, placed on the portal of federal information address system, the reference to which goes territorial tax authority to the applicant by e-mail;

in electronic form, the applicant placed by territorial tax authority in personal account on the single portal;

in electronic form, the applicant placed by territorial tax authority in personal account on the portal of federal information address system.

6. The data containing in the state address register are provided in electronic form which goes to the applicant by e-mail if the size of the specified electronic document does not exceed 5 megabytes.

If the method of provision of the data containing in the state address register, in electronic form by e-mail is provided in request of the applicant, and the size of the specified electronic document exceeds the size of 5 megabytes, data containing in the state address register, are provided to the applicant in electronic form, placed on the portal of federal information address system, the reference to which goes territorial tax authority to the applicant by e-mail.

7. Provision of data by ensuring access to federal information address system is performed with use of the portal of federal information address system.
