1. Approve limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains of central office, subordinated, territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015 according to appendix.
2. Quarterly no later than the 10th following the accounting period to represent to heads of subordinated, territorial subdivisions to Management of budgetary planning and financing the report about the consumed electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains.
3. To management of budgetary planning and financing quarterly, to the 25th following the accounting period to submit in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic the summary report about consumed electric, thermal, energy and natural gas.
4. To subordinated, territorial subdivisions:
- to strictly observe the set limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy and natural gas;
- not allow the facts of connection to power supply system of off-budget consumers and repayment of expenses of the off-budget organizations on thermal and electric energies at the expense of budgetary funds.
5. Determine that for violation of regulations 4 presents of the order provided by Items 2,, heads of subordinated and territorial subdivisions bear the personal responsibility.
6. To department of documentary providing and administrative support to bring this order to contractors.
7. To impose control of execution of the order on Zhekshenov B. Zh. - the secretary of state and on Kuykeev E. A. - deputy minister.
