1. Introduce restrictions and prohibitions on use of fish resources and other water animals, their parts and derivatives, according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Establish places and terms of use of fish resources and other water animals, their parts and derivatives, according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Restrictions and prohibitions on use of fish resources and other water animals, their parts and derivatives

1. General provisions

1. These restrictions and prohibitions on use of fish resources and other water animals, their parts and derivatives (further - restrictions and prohibitions) are developed according to the subitem 62) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further - the Law).

2. For the purpose of preserving and reproduction of fish resources and other water animals of restriction and ban is imposed taking into account geographical, climatic features of areas (the fields of distribution) of their dwelling.

3. Restrictions and prohibitions on use of fish resources and other water animals, their parts and derivatives do not extend to implementation research (within the state order), control, meliorative lov, fishing in the reproduction purposes (within the state order) which procedure is determined by the Fishery regulations, the deputies approved by the order.
