1. Approve the enclosed Qualification requirements to the personnel occupied on subjects to use of atomic energy.

2. To provide to committee of atomic and energy control and supervision of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction on official publication of this order within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Qualification requirements to the personnel occupied on subjects to use of atomic energy

1. General provisions

1. These qualification requirements to the personnel occupied on subjects to use of atomic energy are developed in compliance by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 23, 1998 "About radiation safety of the population" and determine qualification requirements to the personnel occupied on subjects to use of atomic energy.

2. The personnel occupied on subjects to use of atomic energy are subdivided into three main categories: specialists, technicians and workers.

The professional category includes the personnel holding executive positions, such as upper managers; senior heads (chiefs of departments and sectors); heads of younger link (senior operators, chiefs (and their deputies) technical maintenance teams and technical support); the engineering and (or) scientific personnel occupied in the activities connected with operation of subjects to use of atomic energy.

2) length of service at least five years on subjects to use of atomic energy with provision of the documents confirming labor activity according to the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the certificates, certificates, certificates confirming qualification and passing of the preparation position corresponding to functional obligations;

4) the document confirming lack of medical contraindications to the admission for work.

1) the higher or secondary special education on all-technical disciplines, disciplines in the field of physics confirmed with the corresponding diploma;

2) length of service in at least two years;

3) the document confirming lack of medical contraindications to the admission for work;

4) primary professional training for accomplishment of tasks or works according to functional obligations confirmed with results of the examination held by the operating organization.
