About approval of form, rules and term of submission of declarations on biofuel turnover

According to the subitem 4) article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of biofuel" and the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules and the term of submission of the declaration on biofuel turnover according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) declaration form on biofuel turnover according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Appendix 1

Rules and the term of submission of the declaration on biofuel turnover

1. These rules of submission of the declaration on biofuel turnover (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 4) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of biofuel" and determine procedure and terms of submission of the declaration by turnover of Balance of Turnover of Biofuel biofuel (further – the declaration).

2. The physical persons and legal entities performing activities for biofuel turnover represent to body of state revenues in the place of implementation of the specified activities the declaration in the form approved by this order.

3. The declaration is submitted in body of state revenues monthly no later than the 20th following for reporting.

If the last day of term of submission of the declaration is the share of not the working day, then the next working day following it is considered day of the termination of term of submission of the declaration.

4. The physical persons and legal entities performing activities for biofuel turnover represent the declaration for choice:

1) in attendance procedure - on paper;

2) by mail the registered mail with the notification - on paper;

3) in electronic form by means of information system.

Date of submission of the declaration to body of state revenues by mail the registered mail with the notification is date of mark about acceptance of post or other organization of communication.

5. The physical persons and legal entities performing activities for biofuel turnover prolong the term of submission of the declaration based on the statement for prolongation of term of submission of the declaration on biofuel turnover (further – the statement) in form according to appendix to these rules.

6. The declaration is submitted in natural indicators (ton).

7. The declaration represented according to these rules is signed by the individual entrepreneur, the head, the chief accountant of the legal entity. The declaration represented in electronic form is certified by the digital signature.

8. In case of need introduction of amendments and (or) error corrections physical persons and legal entities represents corrective form to earlier provided declaration to earlier provided declaration.

In corrective form individual identification number of physical person, business and identification number of the legal entity, the accounting period and only those numbers of lines to which columns it is necessary to make changes, with plus or minus value depending on that are specified, it is necessary to increase or reduce value of certain column of line.
