About measures for further enhancement of procedure for rendering the state services and interdepartmental information exchange of state bodies and other organizations

According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 4, 2015 No. PP-2293 "About the organization of activities of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan", for the purpose of enhancement of interdepartmental information exchange within the Electronic Government system, rendering the state services to the population and subjects of entrepreneurship, increase in efficiency of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers state bodies decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the Unified register of the state services, forms and forms according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for interdepartmental information exchange of state bodies and other organizations when rendering the state services according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan by responsible department for forming and maintaining the Unified register of the state services, forms and forms, having assigned to it:

implementation of interagency coordination of activities of state bodies and other organizations for ensuring forming of the Unified register of the state services, forms and forms, and also interdepartmental electronic interaction of state bodies and other organizations when rendering the state services;

carrying out permanent monitoring and introduction of offers on further enhancement of procedure for rendering the state services to the population and subjects of entrepreneurship, informatization of ministerial procedures of state bodies;

development of offers on increase in efficiency of activities of state bodies and other organizations when rendering the state services at the expense of the organization of the timely and approved interdepartmental electronic interaction.

3. To provide to the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments in a month carrying out inventory count and entering into the Republican commission on coordination of implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of National information and communication system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013 - 2020 of the list of the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services;

in two-month time creation of the Unified register of the state services, forms and forms, and also systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction of the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services;

on quarterly basis carrying out monitoring of implementation of interdepartmental electronic interaction between state bodies and other organizations when rendering the state services, with development of specific proposals on elimination of the revealed shortcomings.

4. To the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services together with the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan till September 1, 2015:

carry out inventory count and regulation of all rendered state services, and also the used forms and forms, with their subsequent inclusion in the Unified register of the state services, forms and forms;

by results of inventory count to develop and approve actions plans and network schedules on creation and forming of the departmental databases required for rendering the state services.
