According to Article 6 of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on December 23, 2014 taking into account accomplishment by the Kyrgyz Republic of the actions necessary for cancellation on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan site of frontier of customs control concerning goods and vehicles, and assessment of system of customs control in the Kyrgyz Republic the Supreme Eurasian economic council Solved:

1. Cancel customs control on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan site of frontier, and also at the airports in case of air traffic between the Kyrgyz Republic and other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Treaties of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on December 23, 2014.
