1. Approve enclosed:
1) natural regulations of providing state bodies with official and cars on duty according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) natural regulations of providing state bodies with telephone communication according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) natural regulations of providing state bodies with office furniture according to appendix 3 to this order;
4) natural regulations of providing with the areas for placement of the office of state bodies according to appendix 4 to this order.
2. Use of official and cars on duty is performed according to the procedure, approved by the order of the responsible secretary of the central executive body (the official to whom powers of the responsible secretary of the central executive body are in accordance with the established procedure assigned), and in cases of absence of those - the head of public institution within the set run limit.
The official car - the car intended for personal transport servicing of the official provided in the standard rate of polozhennost of official and cars on duty for transport servicing of state bodies.
The car on duty - the car either the minibus, or the bus intended for transport servicing of employees of state bodies and also the guest car either the minibus, or the bus for transport servicing of delegations and other persons.
3. To department of the budget legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ernazarova Z. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after day of its state registration and is subject to official publication.
