About approval of the balance estimation of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine for 2015

1. Approve the balance estimation of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine for 2015 according to appendix.

2. National joint stock company "Naftogaz Ukrainy" to continue to take measures to diversification of supply sources of natural gas, in particular:

expansion of technical capabilities of intake of the imported natural gas from the territory of the countries of the European Union;

implementation of booking of transport capacities in the direction from the Slovak Republic to Ukraine through the check point to Budingqie for ensuring intake of the imported natural gas;

providing since 2015 annual receipt of the imported natural gas from one source in amount no more than 50 percent of total amount of the natural gas imported by the Company.
