About approval of the Actions plan of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic on accomplishment of the State strategy of anti-corruption policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State strategy of anti-corruption policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and measures for anti-corruption" of February 2, 2012 No. 26, of further strengthening of institutes of anti-corruption, giving of systemacity in elimination of root causes of corruption, consolidation of efforts of state bodies, local government bodies, institutes of civil society and citizens in the field of anti-corruption for 2015-2017, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Actions plan of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic on accomplishment of the State strategy of anti-corruption policy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017 (further - the Plan) according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments and other public authorities, local public administrations and local government bodies (under approval):

- take exhaustive measures for strict execution of the Plan at the scheduled time;

- quarterly, to the 15th following the accounting period to provide information on execution of the Plan and departmental actions plans on anti-corruption in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- to enable the realization of the Actions plan within the means provided by the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 04.11.2016 No. 570

4. To government office of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- paragraph two of item 4 of ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 04.11.2016 No. 570

- quarterly, to the 25th following the accounting period to provide information on execution of the Plan and departmental actions plans on anti-corruption in the secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- provide the organization and coordination of work of executive bodies and local government bodies for realization of policy on the prevention of corruption and execution of the Plan in interaction with the representatives for the prevention of corruption appointed according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 28, 2014 No. 531-r.

5. Confer the personal responsibility for execution of this resolution on heads of executive bodies and local government bodies.

6. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program and Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for anti-corruption for 2012-2014" of August 30, 2012 No. 596;

- the item 35 of appendix to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 1, 2013 No. 395;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program and Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for anti-corruption for 2012-2014" of August 30, 2012 No. 596" of April 11, 2014 No. 209.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of anti-corruption policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
