About approval of the Temporary procedure for automatic distribution of executive documents between the state contractors and control of completion dates of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials)

In pursuance of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 "Some questions of realization of pilot project on optimization of control of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials), implementation of automatic distribution of executive documents between the state contractors and the mechanism of motivation of the state contractors" I ORDER to No. 142:

1. Approve the Temporary procedure for automatic distribution of executive documents between the state contractors and control of completion dates of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials) which is applied.

2. Determine that this Temporary procedure is applied in department of forced execution of decisions of Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, structural divisions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Sumy region and in the city of Kiev which provide implementation of powers in the field of the organization of forced execution of decisions, for the period of realization of pilot project on optimizations of control of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials), implementation of automatic distribution of executive documents between the state contractors and the mechanism of motivation of the state contractors.

3. GP "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Netishenska A. I.) provide implementation of system of automatic distribution of executive documents and control of completion dates of decisions in department of forced execution of decisions of Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, structural divisions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Sumy region and in the city of Kiev which provide implementation of powers in the field of the organization of forced execution of decisions.

4. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Asadov V. T.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning executive service Shklyar S. V.

This Temporary procedure determines the mechanism of functioning of system of automatic distribution of executive documents between the state contractors of department of forced execution of decisions of Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, structural divisions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Sumy region and in the city of Kiev which provide implementation of powers in the field of the organization of forced execution of decisions (further - the state contractors), and also procedure of control of adherence to deadlines of accomplishment of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials) (further - the decision) the state contractors.
