About establishment of indicators of the forecast of commodity export to the countries assigned to officials and tasks to state bodies and the organizations for building-up of export volumes of goods on the new perspective markets

For the purpose of acceptance of effective measures on diversification of export and entry into the new markets the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

1.1. indicators of the forecast of commodity export for 2015 by the countries assigned to officials the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2014 No. 1235 "About some questions of building-up and diversification of commodity export and services" according to appendix 1;

1.2. to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom of task on building-up of export volumes of goods for the new perspective markets * for 2015 according to appendix 2.

* For the purposes of this resolution the new perspective markets are understood as Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Greece, Denmark, Zimbabwe, Jordan, Iraq, Ireland, Spain, Cambodia, Cameroon, Kenya, Cyprus, Colombia, Kot-d "Ivuar, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, New Zealand, Norway, Nicaragua, Oman, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Slovenia, Sudan, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Uruguay, Philippines, Croatia, Montenegro, Chile, Sri Lanka.

1-1. Provide:

the officials assigned to the countries the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2014 No. 1235, by the fixed countries monthly surplus of export volumes of goods as a percentage by the same period of 2014 have some, determined in appendix 1 to this resolution;

to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom uniform monthly task performance for 2015, determined in appendix 2 to this resolution.

1-2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom specified in appendix 2 to this resolution:

provide share of the new perspective markets in export volume of the main exporters at the level of at least 10 percent;

in two weeks to approve lists of the main exporters.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs submission to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of materials about the course of accomplishment of the indicators and tasks specified in subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of Item 1 of this resolution, monthly with the draft of the corresponding report of the Government of the Republic of Belarus to the Head of state.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
