2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- allocate to the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic money in the amount of 800 000 (eight hundred thousand) som for covering of the expenses connected with carrying out information and explanatory work among the population concerning collection of biometric these citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015 and the forecast for 2016-2017", providing the relevant amendments.

3. To plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, mayors of the cities of Bishkek and Osh (in coordination) from the funds allocated by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic; in accordance with the established procedure to make payment of compensations to persons involved in collection of biometric these citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for the staff of the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the work on collection of biometric these citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic performed in 2014.

4. To the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic, to plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, mayors of the cities of Bishkek and Osh (in coordination);

- provide target use of the allocated budgetary funds;

- until the end of 2015 to provide information on use of the allocated budgetary funds in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. 6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of regional development, transport, construction and communications, department of finance and credit policy, department of organizational and inspection work and local self-government of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
