About questions of republican state public association "Belarusian sports society "Dynamo"

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of republican state public association "I decide the Belarusian sports society "Dynamo":

1. Authorize the following state bodies to be representatives of the Republic of Belarus in republican state public association "The Belarusian sports society "Dynamo":

Ministry of Internal Affairs;

Ministry of Emergency Situations;

Committee for State Security;

State boundary committee;

State Customs Committee;

central office of the State committee of judicial examinations;

Prosecutor General's Office;

Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus;

central office of the Investigative Committee;

Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee.

Determine that the state bodies specified in part one of this Item perform development of military and applied and office and applied sports.

2. Determine that:

the payment of cash allowance and other payments specified in Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for posting of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Investigative Committee, law-enforcement bodies, financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions for emergency situations, the State committee of judicial examinations to state bodies and other organizations approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2002 No. 345 "About enhancement of procedure for posting of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Investigative Committee, law-enforcement bodies, financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions on emergency situations, the State committee of judicial examinations to state bodies and other organizations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 77, 1/3816), are made by the serviceman, to the faces of the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies affiliated

4. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

4.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473 "About measures for enhancement of regulation of turnover of military, office, civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 100, 1/4006; 2011, No. 89, 1/12738):

To be reworded as follows the list of separate types and models of military weapon and the ammunition to it leased by law-enforcement bodies to legal entities with singular authorized problems, approved by this Decree it (is applied);

add the List of legal entities with singular authorized problems approved by this Decree, Item 10 of the following content:

"10. Organization of education "Training center of leading employees and specialists "The center of special preparation" training and advanced training of personnel in the field of law-enforcement activities, rendering educational services, development of military and applied and office and applied sports";
