The administrative regulations of provision by the Federal Tax Service (further - FNS of Russia) the state service in provision to interested persons of the data containing in the register of the disqualified persons (further - the Register) (further - Administrative regulations) establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of the Departments of FNS of Russia for subjects of the Russian Federation, Inspectorates of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for areas, areas in the cities, to the cities without district division, Inspectorates of the Federal Tax Service of Russia of interdistrict level (further - territorial tax authorities), the subordinated organization authorized on provision of data electronically (further - authorized organization), determine order of interaction between territorial tax authorities, authorized organization, their structural divisions and officials, and also order of interaction of territorial tax authorities with other public authorities, legal entities and physical persons by provision of the state service in provision of the data containing in the Register (further - the state service).
