1. Create public institution "Management on consumer protection of Nauryzbaysky district of the city of Almaty of Department on consumer protection of the city of Almaty of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - organization) within the approved limit of the number of staff provided to the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine that financing of organization is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2017.

3. To the ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to approve the Provision of organization and to provide its state registration in judicial authorities;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, Art. No. 59-60, 555) the following amendment:
