About reorganization of some republican state state companies of waterways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize:

1) the republican state state company "Pavlodar Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the republican state state company "East Kazakhstan Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state state company "Semeysky Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by their merge in the republican state state company "Irtysh Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the republican state state company "Ural Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to the republican state state company "Atyrau Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the companies Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the companies implementation of productive activity for proper maintenance and development of inland waterways and navigable hydraulic engineering constructions (locks) for the purpose of ensuring safe navigation of vessels within the served borders.

3. To provide to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of charters of the companies;

2) state registration of the companies in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Make changes and additions to the following decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2018 No. 936

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
