2. Rename the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh national agricultural university" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The West Kazakhstan agrarian and technical university of Zhangir of the khan" the Ministries of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan respectively into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh national agricultural university" of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The West Kazakhstan agrarian and technical university of Zhangir of the khan" the Ministries of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the companies).

1) introduction on approval into Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of changes in charters of the companies;
2) the state re-registration of the companies in judicial authorities;
