Based on parts four and the seventh Item 6 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2008 No. 427-Z "About mass media" and the paragraph of the twenty seventh item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545, the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus of 31.01.2022 No. 5

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and maintaining the State register of distributors of products of printing mass media and the State register of distributors of products of television and broadcasting mass media it (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
