1. Approve:

1) Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of body of servicing of air traffic and (or) service of operation of the radio engineering equipment and communication of the aeronautical organization according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Certified requirements imposed to bodies of servicing of air traffic and (or) services of operation of the radio engineering equipment and communication of the aeronautical organization according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Seydakhmetov B. K.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasymbek Zh. M.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of body of servicing of air traffic and (or) service of operation of the radio engineering equipment and communication of the aeronautical organization

1. General provisions

1. These rules of certification and issue of the certificate of body of servicing of air traffic and (or) service of operation of the radio engineering equipment and communication of the aeronautical organization (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 41-27) of Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 2010 "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for certification and issue of the certificate of body of servicing of air traffic and (or) service of operation of the radio engineering equipment and communication of the aeronautical organization.

2. In Rules the following terms and determinations are used:

1) the emergency notification (service of the emergency notification) - the services provided for the notification of the relevant organizations on the aircrafts needing the help of search and rescue services, and rendering necessary assistance to such organizations;

2) aeronautical servicing - the complex servicing connected with servicing of air traffic, operation of the radio engineering equipment and means of communication, meteorological and search and rescue ensuring flights, submission of aeronautical information;

3) types (subspecies) of aeronautical servicing - the aeronautical servicing connected with servicing of air traffic, operation of the radio engineering equipment and means of communication which is performed by bodies of servicing of air traffic and (or) service of operation of the radio engineering equipment and communication of the aeronautical organization;

4) the aeronautical organization - the organization of civil aviation performing servicing of air traffic and transfer of necessary meteorological information aboard the aircraft, providing users of airspace with aeronautical information and operation of the radio engineering equipment and means of communication;
