Establish the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups in the prices of March, 2015 per month for the period from May 1, 2015 to July 31, 2015 in the following sizes: on average per capita - 1 474 870 rub; able-bodied population - 1 627 600 rub; pensioners - 1 126 180 rub; students - 1 427 860 rub; children under three years - 946 610 rub; children aged from three up to six years - 1 322 490 rub; children aged from six up to eighteen years - 1 623 670 rub.
