2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction of the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumagaliyev A. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of protection of networks of telecommunications in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

These rules of protection of networks of telecommunications in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including procedure for establishment of conservation zones and operation mode in them (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2004 "About communication" (further - the Law "About Communication") and determine preservation scheme of networks of telecommunications, including procedure for establishment of conservation zones and operation mode in them.

Conservation zones of networks of telecommunications, according to the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law "About Communication", belong to zones with special conditions of use of the earth. 3. Conservation zones of networks of telecommunications are established for:

1) underground cable and the aerial communication lines and radiofication located out of settlements on treeless sections - in the form of land areas along these lines determined by the parallel straight lines remote from the route of underground cable or from extreme wires of aerial lines at distance on 2 meters at least from each party;

2) ground and underground unattended repeater and regeneration stations on cable communication lines - in the form of the land areas determined by the closed line remote from the center of installation of repeater and regeneration points or from border of their diking at distance at least 3 meters and from grounding circuits on 2 meters at least;

3) underwater cable communication lines - in the form of the sections of water space on all depth from surface of the water to the bottom determined by the parallel planes remote from the route of sea cable at distance of 0,25 of nautical mile (km 0,4) and from the route of cable upon transitions through the rivers, lakes, water storage basins, channels (aryk) at distance of 100 meters from each party;

4) the telephone cable sewerage, armored cables laid in soil the cable lines suspended on support and the aerial communication lines and radiofication located in settlements in the form of land areas along these lines, determined by the parallel straight lines remote from the route of channels of the pipeline or the viewing device at distance on 2 meters at least from each party or from extreme wires of aerial lines at distance is at least, than on 2 meters from each party;

5) the cable communication lines which are in basement and garrets of apartment houses, office buildings and constructions, in floor guards and interfloor transitions, and also laid on outside and internal walls of the buildings determined by the parallel straight lines remote from the route of cable at distance on 25 millimeters at least from each party.

4. Trasses of communication lines are periodically cleared away by the organizations exploiting them from bushes and trees, contain in condition, fireproof.

5. Trasses of underground cable communication lines of suburban line are designated by the special signs which are reference points.

6. In the cities and other settlements passing of routes underground cable and aerial communication lines is determined by technical documentation, plates on buildings, support of aerial communication lines, to logos on covers of viewing devices.
