1. Approve the enclosed Rules of state registration of agreements of long-term and short-term forest utilization on sites of the state forest fund.

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of state registration of agreements of long-term and short-term forest utilization on sites of the state forest fund

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of state registration of agreements of long-term and short-term forest utilization on sites of the state forest fund (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 18-34) of Item 1 of Article 13 of the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003 and determine procedure for state registration of agreements of long-term and short-term forest utilization on sites of the state forest fund.

2. Agreements of long-term and short-term forest utilization on sites of the state forest fund consist in writing and are subject to state registration.

3. State registration of the agreement is carried out by local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital (further - local executive body) on the location of sites of the state forest fund on which long-term forest utilization is performed.

4. Agreements on the following types of long-term forest utilization are subject to registration:

1) wood procurement;

2) procurement of gallipot, wood juice;

3) use of sites of the state forest fund for needs of hunting economy;

4) use of sites of the state forest fund for the research purposes;

5) use of sites of the state forest fund for the improving, recreational, historical and cultural, tourist and sports purposes;

6) use of sites of the state forest fund for cultivation of landing material of tree and shrubby species and plantatsionny plantings of special purpose;

7) collateral forest utilization.

4-1. Agreements on the following types of short-term forest utilization are subject to registration:

1) collateral forest uses;

2) use of sites of the state forest fund for the research purposes;

3) use of sites of the state forest fund for the improving, recreational, historical and cultural, tourist and sports purposes;

4) procurement of minor wood resources.
