About the single questions of commodity importation moved according to customs procedure of customs transit from the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union through the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for movement of the goods imported from the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union through the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. carrying out in republican Item of customs clearance of customs control concerning the goods placed by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation located in the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation under customs procedure of customs transit is performed based on risk management system;

1.2. in the presence of the bases for reference of the goods moved in goods quality of the Eurasian Economic Union according to customs procedure of customs transit from the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation through the Republic of Belarus on other part of the territory of the Russian Federation to foreign goods customs authority of the Republic of Belarus the delivery location of such goods changes from customs authority of the Republic of Belarus on customs authority of the Russian Federation according to article 220 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union;

1.3. provision of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes concerning the goods specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item is not required.

2. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
