About some questions of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation the Republican state state company "The Central Staff of the Professional Militarized Rescue Services" of Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The professional militarized rescue service" of Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration of the company Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of mine-rescue, antigushing, gas-rescuing, scheduled maintenance, and also the works connected with suppression of the fires and first aid and other wrecking which is carried out in extraordinary and emergencies.

3. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2018 No. 936

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
