1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the right of free pass on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, following in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic, according to appendix.
2. GAZhK "Uzbekiston Temir Yullar" and NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari respectively to provide free pass on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, following in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to refund expenses to GAZhK "÷zbekiston temir yullar" and NAC ÷zbekiston havo yullari, the rights of free pass connected with provision on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

1. This Provision determines procedure for provision once a year of the right of free pass on rail transport, and also privileges in discount type in the amount of 50 percent of fare on air transport there and back (further - the free and preferential pass) to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945 (further - veterans of war and the labor front), following in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic.
2. The right of the free and preferential pass is provided to the veterans of war and the labor front who received permits in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic according to Regulations on procedure for improvement of veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945 in subordinated sanatorium and improving organizations of the Ministry of Labour of health care of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan and bodies of the public and economic board, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 24, 2014 No. 361.
3. Veterans of war and the labor front with the I group of disability have also the right to acquisition of the ticket for the free and preferential pass for one attendant them person.
4. Actions for provision of the right of free pass on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, following in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic, are performed according to the scheme according to appendix to this Provision.
5. Tickets for the free and preferential pass are provided (are implemented) to veterans of war and the labor front through authorized divisions of GAZhK "Uzbekiston Temir Yullar" and NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari. passport copy;
the copy of the permit in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic for veterans of the war and the labor front issued by district (city) medical consolidation;
copies of the certificate of the veteran of war or the document on participation in the labor front in 1941 - 1945.
Veterans of war and the labor front at the same time show originals of the specified documents in the relevant cash desk of GAZhK "Uzbekiston Temir Yullar" and NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari.

8. Provision (realization) to veterans of war and the labor front of tickets for free pass on rail transport is performed on rate of compartment car, preferential journey on air transport - on rate of economy class.
9. Expense recovery for providing the free and preferential pass of veterans of war and the labor front according to this Provision is performed at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
