About joint emergency measures on prevention of ill treatment and violence against children
For the purpose of prevention of ill treatment and violence against children, we order:
1. Approve the joint Plan of emergency measures for prevention of ill treatment and violence against children on the first half of the year 2015 (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic involved in implementation of the Actions plan:
- take exhaustive measures for strict execution of the Actions plan at the scheduled time;
- monthly to the 5th to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in Management on protection of family and children of the Ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Monthly till the 20th to provide to the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic the summarized information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy minister of internal affairs, the deputy minister of science and education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy minister of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy minister of work, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy minister of culture, tourism and information, the vice-chairman of the State Border Service, the deputy director of the State agency on cases of local self-government and to the interethnic relations, the deputy director of the State agency on physical culture and sport, the deputy director of State commission for religions, the vice-mayor Bishkek, Osh.
