1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the state register of tourist routes and tracks.

2. To provide to department of the industry of tourism of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2008 No. 01-08/180 "About approval of Rules of forming and maintaining the state register of the faces performing tourist activities and the state register of tourist routes and tracks" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 5350, is published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of November 28, 2008 No. 182 (1582).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of forming and maintaining the state register of tourist routes and tracks

1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming and maintaining the state register of tourist routes and tracks are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 13, 2001 "About tourist activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. The state register of tourist routes and tracks (further - the register) is the document of accounting of tourist routes and tracks.

3. The register is created of the certain routes and tracks of following of the tourist representing the list of geographical Items, the subjects to visit planned for passing, survey (during the travel) in cognitive, sports, esthetic or other purposes.

4. The register is kept by local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital (further – akimats) in form according to appendix to these rules.

As maintaining the register it is understood:

1) introduction of data on tourist routes and tracks;

2) updating of the register in case of change of data on tourist routes and tracks;

3) placement of the register on the Internet - resource of akimats and its systematic updating.

5. The register is kept on paper and electronic carriers. All pages of the register in paper form are numbered, proshnurovyvatsya, on the last page the number of sheets is specified and it is sealed.

6. The register is kept in the state and Russian languages, filled in without erasures and blots.

7. According to appeals of physical persons and legal entities, akimats represent the data included in the register.
