About approval of standard agreements of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering utilities to final consumers

According to subitem 10-11) of article 10-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 16, 1997 "About the housing relations" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Standard agreement of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering services in gas supply to final consumers in form according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Standard agreement of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering services in servicing of elevators to final consumers in form according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the Standard agreement of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering services in rubbish disposal to final consumers in form according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the Standard agreement of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering services in heat supply to final consumers in form according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the Standard agreement of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering services in electric utility service to final consumers in form according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the Standard agreement of cooperation between governing body of object of condominium and the subjects of the market delivering services in water supply and water disposal to final consumers in form according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
