Some questions of redistribution of receipts from transportations by railway transport during conducting anti-terrorist operation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To provide to public administration of rail transport for conducting anti-terrorist operation implementation of centralized financing of the state company "Donetsk Railroad" on difference amount between the income and revenue from transportations by railway transport received by the specified company according to the last month taking into account the actual calculations which are carried out for the end of the last month, and money transfer on the current accounts of the state company "Donetsk Railroad" opened in settlements in the territory of which public authorities perform the powers in full.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457 "About approval of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 14, the Art. 548) and of March 30, 2011 No. 316 "About approval of the list of the works and services relating to the main activities of rail transport, and the Procedure for redistribution of receipts of the income from the main activities of rail transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 24, the Art. 981) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457 and of March 30, 2011 No. 316

1. To add Item 62 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457, after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"For conducting anti-terrorist operation the carriage charge of loads from stations of origin of the state company "Donetsk Railroad" is brought on stations of destination of other railroads of Ukraine.".

With respect thereto third - the fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the sixth.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.01.2019 No. 12.
