About approval of the Provision and the scheme of management of Department of weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Rename Management on weight and dimensional control and tunnel service under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic into Department of weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

- Regulations on Department of weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- the scheme of management of Department of weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 09.08.2016 No. 436

4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in two-month time to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- perform re-registration of the legal entity according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of regional development, transport, construction and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on Department of weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

The department of weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Department) is subordinated division of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry), is created for ensuring control of observance by cargo carriers of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, in the field of transportation of goods by vehicles on highways public.

- does not allow unauthorized driving of the cargo vehicles performing transportation of goods through highways public with excess of weight parameters, violation of other restrictions introduced in accordance with the established procedure;

- ensures continuous functioning of Items of weight and dimensional control, fire safety, technical safety, video surveillance;

- provides interaction with the interested state bodies of the executive authority concerning safety of roads and increase in their operational qualities;

- records the elicited facts of violations of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, the regulating rule of transportation of heavy loads;

- conducts work on identification, studying, generalization and implementation of the advanced forms and methods of work on control of weight parameters of vehicles;
