For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 90 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and article 25 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create Department of information and mass communications under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
- Regulations on Department of information and mass communications under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Department of information and mass communications under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following changes:
In appendix 1 to the above-named resolution:
- in Item 12 of figure "54", "22" and "104" to replace respectively with figures "45", "33" and "102".
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 07.12.2015 No. 834
