1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Recognize invalid paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 19, 2012 as No. 355 "About approval of regulations on the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and about the State inspectorate for supervision in the sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies" and appendix No. 1 to it.
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

the licensing body of types of activity of legal entities in the field of telecommunications;
working body of the Republican commission on coordination of implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of National information and communication system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013-2020;
radio-frequency body;
working body of Republican council on radio frequencies also carries out organizational and technical, normative legal support of its activities, the current operational work on coordination, development and preparation of materials;
body, authorized to represent the Republic of Uzbekistan in International union of telecommunication, Universal Postal Union and other international organizations in the field of information technologies and communications.
5. Function of the Ministry as radio-frequency body for ensuring electromagnetic compatibility and monitoring of radio-frequency range, carries out the State unitary enterprise "Center of Electromagnetic Compatibility".
6. The ministry performs the activities in interaction with bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places and other organizations.
7. The decisions of the Ministry made within its powers are obligatory for execution of the public and economic board by bodies, public authorities on places, and also legal entities and physical persons.
