Processing rules of personal data in Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation

I. General provisions

1. Processing rules of personal data in Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation establish the procedures directed to identification and prevention of violations of the law of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data and also determine for each purpose of personal data processing content of the processed personal data, categories of subjects which personal data are processed terms of their processing and storage, procedure for destruction in case of goal achievement of processing or in case of approach of other legal causes.

Subjects of personal data are federal government civil servants of Rosgranitsa and federal government civil servants of territorial authorities of Rosgranitsa (further - civil servants of Rosgranitsa), the head, the first deputy head, the deputy manager, the chief accountant, the deputy chief accountant, the director of the branch of "Directorate on Construction and Operation of Objects of Rosgranitsa" state-owned federal state institution (further - workers, replacement separate positions of state-owned federal state Institution Rosgranstroy), and also the citizens applying for substitution of vacant positions of Federal public civil service in central office and territorial authorities of Rosgranitsa (further - civil service in Rosgranitsa), and the citizens applying for substitution of separate positions in state-owned federal state Institution Rosgranstroy.
