About procedure of payments the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of the size of means of pension accruals reflecting result of their investment as of date of purpose of funded pension and (or) due retirement benefit or lump sum payment

1. The size of means of pension accruals reflecting result of their investment as of date of purpose of funded pension and (or) due retirement benefit or lump sum payment is calculated the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation proceeding from the amount:

a) means of the pension accruals (including warranty completion to insured person, which is not established yet payment at the expense of means of pension accruals) reflected in special part of individual personal account of insured person as of the latest of the following dates:

the date determined according to part 7.1 provisions with observance of requirements of part 7.2 and (or) part 9 of article 11 of the Federal law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Non-state Pension Funds" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" and (or) article 10.1 of the Federal law "About Investment of Means for Financing of Funded Pension in the Russian Federation";

receipt date of means of pension accruals from the previous insurer;

b) the means of the pension accruals which arrived in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and reflected in special part of individual personal account of insured person after the date specified in the subitem "an" of this Item including the results of investment of funds of pension accruals from the specified date calculated according to the subitem 9 of Item 2 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Investment of Means for Financing of Funded Pension in the Russian Federation".

2. If the size of means of pension accruals estimated according to Item 1 of this resolution is less than amount of the means of insured person guaranteed by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in case of establishment of payments at the expense of means of pension accruals determined according to article 5 of the Federal law "About Guaranteeing the Rights of Insured Persons in System of Mandatory Pension Insurance of the Russian Federation during the Forming and Investment of Means of Pension Accruals, Establishment and Implementation of Payments at the expense of Means of Pension Accruals" in special part of individual personal account of insured person no later than date of purpose of funded pension and (or) due retirement benefit or lump sum payment also the amount of warranty completion at the expense of means of reserve on mandatory pension insurance is reflected.
