About the State comprehensive program of development of ecological education and formation of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2020

1. Approve the State comprehensive program of development of ecological education and formation of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2020 and the Actions plan on implementation of the State comprehensive program of development of ecological education and formation of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2020 (appendices 1 and 2).

2. To provide to the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and regions of the Republic of Tajikistan accomplishment of the State comprehensive program of development of ecological education and formation of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period till 2020 and annually till December 1 to represent to Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on its accomplishment.

3. For the period till 2020 to assign control over the implementation of the State comprehensive program of development of ecological education and formation of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually to submit to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the report on accomplishment of this Program.

- The national plan of action about environmental protection (2006);

- Concept of transition of the Republic of Tajikistan to sustainable development (2007);

- The state ecological program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2009-2019 (2009);

- The state program of development of education of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2015 (2009);

- The law of the Republic of Tajikistan ""About ecological formation of the population" (2010);

- The law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental protection" (2011);

6. From 1996 to 2010 the state program of ecological education and education of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan till 2000 and on prospect till 2010" was realized ".
