1. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about procedure of payments in 2015 of the amounts of natural gas paid by the legal entities who did not provide accomplishment of monthly tasks on use of local types of fuel using the raising coefficients to natural gas prices.

The instruction about procedure of payments in 2015 of the amounts of electrical energy and natural gas necessary for task performance on decrease in consumption of electrical energy and natural gas for production needs

1. This Instruction establishes procedure of payments of amounts of electrical energy and the natural gas necessary for task performance on decrease in consumption of electrical energy and natural gas for production needs (except for the natural gas used as raw materials and for development of electrical energy by own power sources and also the electrical energy and natural gas used by own power sources for development of the heat energy released to other legal entities and the population) in 2015 to the level of 2014 in total amount for 3 percent at least (further - task), and also the amounts of electrical energy and natural gas paid by the legal entities who did not provide accomplishment of these tasks using the raising coefficients to rates for electrical energy and natural gas prices.

2. Action of this Instruction extends on the legal entities, subordinates (who are part, system) to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom and economic societies from shares of the state in authorized fund more than 50 percent belonging to processing industry with annual consumption of energy resources more than 1 thousand tons of conditional fuel (further - legal entities), except for the legal entities who are in the procedure of economic insolvency (bankruptcy).

3. Legal entities following the results of for month under report calculate:

3.1. amounts of the actual consumption of electrical energy and natural gas for production needs (except for the natural gas used as raw materials and on development of electrical energy by own power sources and also the electrical energy and natural gas used by own power sources for development of the heat energy released to other legal entities and the population) (further - consumption of electrical energy and natural gas) in month under report and the corresponding month of the previous (basic) year in tons of conditional fuel;

3.2. the amounts of consumption of electrical energy and natural gas necessary for task performance in month under report, on formulas:

3.3. variation of amounts of consumption of electrical energy and natural gas in month under report from necessary for task performance on formulas:

3.4. total variation of amount of consumption of electrical energy and natural gas in month under report from necessary for task performance (further-) on formula
