About approval of differentiation of activities of the national companies in the field of subsurface use
According to subitem 13-1) of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed differentiation of activities of the national companies in the field of subsurface use.
2. To the interested central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (under approval) in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures necessary for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
