About establishment of visa-free procedure for entrance and departure of foreign citizens

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of objects of tourist infrastructure of National park "Bialowieza Forest" and further development of cross-border tourism I decide:

1. Establish for foreign citizens visa-free procedure for entry into the Republic of Belarus, departure from the Republic of Belarus at the check point through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus Pererov (Belovezha) (further - the check point) and temporary stay in the tourist purposes for a period of up to three days (further - temporary stay) in the territory of National park "Bialowieza Forest" (further - National park).

2. Determine that the basis for visa-free entry into the Republic of Belarus, departure from the Republic of Belarus at the check point and temporary stay in the territory of National park is the document granting to the foreign citizen the right to visit of National park.

3. The foreign citizen intending to visit National park in case of visa-free entry into the Republic of Belarus and departure from the Republic of Belarus at the check point shall show the valid document for trip abroad and the document granting the right to visit of National park.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:

develop and approve the document form, the National park granting to the foreign citizen the right to visit, determine procedure for visit of National park by foreign citizens according to Item 1 of this Decree;

take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

item 4 and this Item - from the date of signing of this Decree;

other provisions of this Decree - in three months after its official publication.
