The instruction about procedure for carrying out professional selection

1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out professional selection of persons who showed willingness to arrive in public institution of education "Institute of the border service of the Republic of Belarus", the educational institutions subordinated to Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, for receipt of general higher education on specialties for bodies of the border service (further - candidates).

2. In tender on receipt of general higher education on specialties for bodies of the border service in public institution of education "Institute of the border service of the Republic of Belarus" (further - Institute) and the educational institutions subordinated to Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (further - other UVO), the candidates having the right to participate who underwent professional selection.

3. Professional selection includes medical examination, professional and psychological inspection and check of physical fitness of candidates according to procedure for enrollment of students and other UVO.

4. For passing of professional selection:

candidates from among the military personnel till March 10 of year of receipt submit official reports on subordination in the place of passing of military service;

candidates from among civilians till April 1 of year of receipt submit applications to military commissariats (separate divisions of military commissariats) at the place of residence.

5. Professional selection is carried out in two steps: preliminary and final.

6. Preliminary professional selection is made:

candidates from among the military personnel of bodies of the border service - the commissions on preliminary professional candidate screen of territorial authorities of the border service, body of the border service of special purpose, the organizations providing accomplishment of the tasks assigned to bodies of the border service;

candidates from among civilians - the commissions on preliminary professional candidate screen of military commissariats (separate divisions of military commissariats).

Preliminary professional candidate screen from among the military personnel who is not specified in the paragraph the second to part one of this Item is carried out according to the procedure, established by state bodies in which the military service is provided.

Preliminary professional candidate screen from among graduates of organization of education "The Minsk Suvorov Military School" is not made.

7. Final professional candidate screen is made by the commission created by the order of the Chairman of the State boundary committee.

8. Information is posted on the official site of Institute on the global computer Internet:

till April 10 of year of receipt - about time and the place of arrival for passing of final professional selection;

till June 25 of year of receipt - about time and the place of arrival for submission of documents by the candidates who underwent professional selection.

9. When carrying out additional enrollment in Institute and other UVO on the places determined by target figures of acceptance and which remained vacant after transfer of entrants final professional candidate screen is made. At the same time preliminary professional selection is not made.

10. Candidates go for repeated medical examination for determination of their validity for health reasons to receipt in Institute and other UVO on the chosen specialty:

in case of change of the state of health at the time of submission of documents;

in case of expression by the candidate of desire to arrive on training in other specialty or in other UVO.

11. The candidates who did not undergo professional selection go:

from among the military personnel - to the former place of passing of military service;

from among civilians - in military commissariats (separate divisions of military commissariats) at the place of residence.
