1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus".

Recommend regional and Minsk city to Councils of deputies annually when forming local budgets for the next financial year to provide assignment, necessary for ensuring smooth operation in local executive and administrative organs of the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus", including for systematization, storage and transfer in electronic form of data of territorial databases of the Register of household services of the Republic of Belarus.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2014.

Regulations on the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Are determined by this Provision procedure for forming and maintaining the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus" (further - the Register of household services), and also single methodological requirements to procedure for inclusion in the Register of household services (exception of it) of data, including in connection with their change and (or) amendment, provisions to interested persons of information containing in the Register of household services.

subject to consumer services - specially equipped stationary subject to consumer services (capital structure (the building, construction) or its part (parts), the isolated room) or the non-stationary subject to consumer services (the temporary design which is not capital structure (the building, construction) or its part (parts) isolated by the room) intended for rendering household services, including for implementation of receiving and delivery of orders to consumers;

the subject rendering household services - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur performing activities in the sphere of consumer services;

form of consumer services - the organizational acceptance representing method (combination of methods) of consumer service.

3. Maintaining the Register of household services is performed on the principles:

completeness and reliability of the data containing in it;

efficiency, the accuracy of the data provided from the Register of household services;

information exchange with other state information resources of the Republic of Belarus;

automation of forming of the Register of household services.

4. Data of the Register of household services form basis for:

ensuring single state systematic accounting of subjects to consumer services and the subjects rendering household services;

analysis of security of the population with types of household services and subjects to consumer services;

developments of industry development programs and enhancement of consumer services of the population, schemes of placement of stationary subjects to consumer services, lists of locations of non-stationary subjects to consumer services.
