Considering task for which accomplishment it was founded and the Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system which consists in compensation of deposits which cannot be paid to the physical persons banks having the license of National Bank of Moldova provided in the station 1, of 4, of 8, 19 Laws No. 575 of December 26, 2003 on guaranteeing deposits of physical persons in bank system (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2004, No. 30-34, by the Art. 169), with subsequent changes and amendments is effective;

based on the letter of Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system No. 13-130 of March 5, 2015 about ensuring guaranteeing deposits with Fund in bank system of payments of deposits of physical persons which cannot be paid by banks;

based on the item f) Art. 26 and Art. 62 of the Law No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, No. 56-57, the Art. 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve release into the stream of commerce of banknotes and metal coins by means of Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system without collection of commission charges, for the purpose of payment of deposits by Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system which cannot be paid by banks.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance and is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova
