1. Create public institutions "Department of Internal Affairs of Nauryzbaysky district of Department of internal affairs of the city of Almaty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "Department of emergency situations of Nauryzbaysky district of Department of emergency situations of the city of Almaty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - organizations) within the approved limit of the number of staff.

2. Determine that financing of organizations is performed for the account and within the means provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget and the budget of local executive body of the city of Almaty for 2015 - 2017.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to approve provisions of organizations and to provide their state registration;

2) together with akimat of the city of Almaty to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311) the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
