"About approval of the standard forms confirming residence and payment by nonresidents of the income tax in the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 31-35/150 of 15:02. 2013), with subsequent changes and amendments of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Since May 1, 2015 territorial state tax authorities and Head department of administration of large taxpayers issue certificates on residence and certificates on the amounts of income gained in the Republic of Moldova and the paid (withheld) taxes.

2. To impose control over the implementation of provisions of this Order on chiefs of territorial state tax authorities and Head department of administration of large taxpayers.

3. To management of administration of the direct taxes and international taxation to publish this Order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
