Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, according to the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2015 "About the announcement of 2015 in the Azerbaijan Republic "Year of agricultural industry" I decide No. 988:
1. Approve the "Actions plan" connected with the announcement of 2015 in the Azerbaijan Republic "Year of agricultural industry" it (is applied).
2. Determine that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic is the coordinating body in the organization of execution of the Actions plan provided by part of 1 this Order.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
3.1. provide financing of the actions provided by the "Actions plan" connected with the announcement of 2015 in the Azerbaijan Republic "Year of agricultural industry";
3.2. resolve other issues following from this Order.
