Based on Item 11 of Article 209, of Item 1 of Article 217, of part two of Item 1 of Article 219, of Item 6 of Article 221, of item 4 of Article 222 and article 231 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

decisions on carrying out customs examination according to appendix 1;

decisions on carrying out personal customs examination according to appendix 2;

instructions on carrying out customs examination of rooms and the territories according to appendix 3;

the act of cameral customs inspection according to appendix 4;

instructions about conducting exit customs inspection according to appendix 5;

the act (reference) of exit customs inspection according to appendix 6.

2. No. 40 is excluded according to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 03.06.2022

3. Determine that:

3.1. the decision on carrying out customs examination is drawn up by imposing of the resolution on the report of the official of customs authority or the separate document in form according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

3.2. accounting of the goods which are under customs control is performed by customs authorities by registration of customs transactions.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2007 No. 72 "About some questions of carrying out customs control" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 186, 8/16878);
