2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (to Erzhanov A. K.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction of the copy on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of development of the declaration of industrial safety of hazardous production facility

1. General provisions

1. These rules of development of the declaration of industrial safety of hazardous production facility (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 19) of article 12-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" and determine procedure for development of the declaration of industrial safety of hazardous production facility.

2. Obligatory declaring of industrial safety of hazardous production facility is performed for the purpose of assessment of sufficiency and efficiency of actions for ensuring industrial safety and protection of the population against harmful production factors.

3. The declaration of industrial safety of hazardous production facility (further - the declaration) is developed for the designed, operating hazardous production facilities and shall characterize danger of industrial production at stages of their commissioning, functioning and conclusion from operation.

4. The declaration is subject to registration in authorized body in the field of industrial safety for assignment of the registration code.
