About additional measures for advanced training and professional skill of teachers of foreign languages of educational institutions

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the organization, since 2015, permanent weekly rates of increase in professional skill of teachers of foreign languages of educational institutions.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out weekly rates of increase in professional skill of teachers of foreign languages of educational institutions according to appendix.

3. Establish procedure according to which teachers of foreign languages of educational institutions, two times in a row within calendar year not passed the test granting the right to the monthly allowance to official pay rate will not be allowed to teaching activities for foreign language, since forthcoming academic year, before passing of professional development course by them at the expense of own means.

4. To the ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

in week time to determine basic educational institutions which material and technical resources allow to conduct weekly courses at the high high-quality level, and also the leading teachers of foreign language as trainers, with their registration of work as teachers of regional institutes of retraining and advanced training of workers of national education on hourly basis;
